Laser Valley Innovation Bootcamp 2024 - a wonderful experience and event where we managed to learn new things and meet people with extraordinary ideas. We were pleasantly impressed by the students' involvement and their projects for a better future for everyone.
The 2024 edition of the Laser Valley Innovation Bootcamp brought together some of the most promising researchers, entrepreneurs and students, who worked on potential innovative solutions, in mixed teams. The team coordinated by INOE 2nd place out of a total of 24 ideas.

Eija Juurola (Interim ACTRIS General Director), Paolo Laj (ACTRIS scientific chair) and Niku Kivekas (senior Officer Operations) from the Head Office ACTRIS visited INOE, more precisely MARS - Magurele Centre for Atmosphere and Radiation Studies, during 22-23 of February 2024.
The meeting was hosted by Doina Nicolae CARS leader, along with Livio Belegante Head of the INOE CARS unit. Other CARS leaders from several countries were present: Ina Mattis (DWD, Germany), Alexander Geiss (LMU, Germany), Lucia Mona (CNR, Italy), Nikolaos Siomos (LMU, Germany), Aldo Amodeo (CNR, Italy). Philippe Golub (University of Lille, France), Carlos Toledano (University of Valladolid, Spain), Africa Barreto (AEMET, Spain), Stelios Kazadzis (PMODWRC, Switzerland) and other members of the CARS team have participated online.
Executivul a aprobat astăzi memorandum-ul ce prevede participarea României în calitate de membru fondator la infrastructura distribuită la nivel european: European Research Infrastructure for Heritage Science - E-RIHS ERIC.
Hub-ul românesc E-RIHS RO este coordonat de către INOE 2000 și a fost introdus în Roadmap-ul național încă din 2016.
Felicitări dnei dr. Roxana Rădvan, directorul general al INOE 2000, pentru implicarea și efortul susținut ce au condus la acest important rezultat obținut pe plan internațional!
